West African Woven Textile Remnants

$15.00 Sale Save

These richly textured strips come from hand- or narrow-loom woven cottons, collected from a seamstress who works with heritage textiles to craft garments for both everyday and ceremonial use.

Heavy and tactile, they echo the lineage of strip-woven cloths such as Ghanaian Kente, Ewe weaving, and Yaruba Aso Oke—each built from narrow bands joined edge to edge to form larger cloths.

Use these for textile study, visible mending, or patchwork that highlights traditional structure and handcraft.
