Refund policy

Returns
Returns are available for up to 30 days after your purchase. After that time, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. All returns are subject to 10% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Downloadable software products

To initiate your return, we require a proof of purchase -- often, just the order number will suffice.  Please email us in advance, "support at" and include a note with your purchase details in the package. You are responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Get tracking for the return, and you may consider shipping insurance, too. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Products with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we have to send a refund to the gift giver, and they will know about your return.

Promotions
When providing free products upon set purchase amount:
In case we run out of a set free product we will be able to replace it, we'll notify you when this is the case. Please bear in mind that during these promotions this is a possibility. We do however attempt to maintain a high stock prior to setting up these deals.
