Woven in Ibara City, Okayama Prefecture — one of Japan’s most respected denim-producing regions — this 11.5 oz indigo selvedge denim is made on traditional shuttle looms for that unmistakable selvedge edge and dense, structured hand.
This is a versatile mid-weight denim that’s substantial without being stiff, making it ideal for jeans, jackets, workwear-inspired garments, and structured bags. The selvedge offers that classic heritage detail at the edge.
Woven on old-style power looms in limited production runs, this denim reflects the slower, more deliberate manufacturing that Okayama is known for.
