Our policy lasts 45 days. Within 45 days of purchase, you may exchange an item, or return it for store credit. If more than 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you credit or an exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase, often, just the order number will suffice. Do send us an email in advance, hello@… and include a note with your purchase details in the package. You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Get tracking for the return, and consider shipping insurance too.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they have manufacturing defects, or we shipped the wrong item to you. Shipping damage will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we have to send the credit to the gift giver.
