Oto Kogyo Unbleached Cotton
Sometimes the simplest fabrics become the ones you reach for most often. Woven in Niigata, Japan by Oto Kogyo, this beautiful unbleached cotton has a soft, airy hand with subtle slubs that give it quiet character and texture. The natural off-white color makes it an ideal companion for sashiko, boro-inspired projects, garments, and home textiles.
The fabric is 100% unbleached cotton. Its open weave gives it a gentle crosswise give while remaining stable along the length of the fabric. At approximately 4.5 oz., it strikes a lovely balance between softness and substance.
Sold by the 1/2 yard. Add 1 unit for 1/2 yard, 2 units for 1 yard, 3 units for 1-1/2 yards, and so on. Multiple units will be cut as one continuous piece.
