For crisp, precise markings when you need a little more bite. This pointed tracing wheel has sharp teeth that create a distinct dotted line, making it especially useful for transferring patterns onto heavier fabrics, muslin, paper, and other materials where a smooth or serrated wheel may not leave a strong enough impression.

Use it with tracing paper to transfer darts, pleats, buttonholes, notches, appliqué guides, pocket placement, and other sewing marks. The pointed teeth can also create small perforations, making this a useful tool for pattern making and transferring designs onto paper.

Because the points can pierce fabric, we recommend this version for sturdy materials rather than delicate or lightweight cloth.
